Colden Charities, a recognized 501c3 non-profit organization, is proud to be again teaming with Playnet Inc. in Davao City Philippines to provide educational opportunities to children in need. Playnet Inc. director Blesilda David says “Many children in the Philippines born into poor families are not given an opportunity to go to school. Families are too poor to afford hospital care so children are born at home without a birth certificate necessary to attend public school. Playnet is dedicated to providing a chance for these children. We need your help to provide school supplies and other funds necessary to provide an education.”.

Colden Charities will be forwarding 100% of donations to Playnet which will go directly to the needs of the schools. Presently there are sixteen schools serving 360 children. Colden Charities President James Lapointe says “Having personally been to Davao City many times, it is great to see how we are making a difference. Year to year, we see progress in the quality of the facilities and the number of children being provided an opportunity. Ms. David always provides us with a complete breakdown of exactly where our money is going. The money goes to school supplies, rent for the schools, repairs, and more. She really has a passion for helping these kids and we are proud to do our part to help. But we can’t do it alone, we need your help!”.
