Colden Company recommends 3rd party applications be covered under a support agreement with that vendor.  We will act as intermediary on behalf of our clients in support of the application if needed. 

Non-emergency off hours work can be scheduled with us at a higher billable rate.

We have a variety of options including email, phone, chat or portal access depending on the client preference.

Client Onboarding & Engagement

A typical timeline would be two to three months from the start of engagement to full support.
